Include your order number and let us know whether you would like to request a return or an exchange.
You have 14 days from the day after receiving your order to notify us that you wish to return it, without having to provide a reason. Once you have notified us, you have a further 14 days to send the item back.
We will provide you with the return instructions and return address.
Is returning an item free of charge?
Return shipping costs are at your own expense, unless the item is defective, incorrect or we have agreed otherwise.
The cost of returning your package depends on the shipping provider and the country from which you are returning it.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service and keeping your proof of shipment until your return has been processed.
What are the return conditions?
To ensure that our clothing remains in excellent condition, we kindly ask you to handle all items with care.
You may try on your clothing as you would in a physical store. Items should not be worn beyond what is necessary to assess their fit, appearance and quality.
Please return your items in their original condition where possible, with all original tags and packaging included.
If an item has been used or damaged beyond what is necessary to inspect it, a deduction may be made from your refund to reflect any loss in value.
Can I return items purchased during a sale?
Yes. Items purchased during a sale or promotional period can also be returned within the applicable 14-day withdrawal period.
Refunds will be based on the actual amount paid for the returned items.
How long does it take to exchange a product?
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or colour, please indicate this when contacting us.
Exchanges are subject to product availability. Once we have received and checked your returned item, we will arrange your exchange and keep you updated on its progress.
What if the product I want to exchange is no longer available?
If your preferred size or colour is no longer available, please contact us through our Contact page.
We will help you explore the available alternatives, which may include a different product, another size or colour, or a refund where applicable.
Where can I find my order number?
Your order number can be found in the order confirmation email you received after completing your purchase.
If you cannot find your confirmation email, please contact us through our Contact page and we will help you locate your order.
What should I do if my item arrives damaged or defective?
If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us through our Contact page as soon as possible.
If possible, include your order number and clear photographs of the issue so we can assist you more efficiently.
We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate solution in accordance with your consumer rights, at no additional cost to you.
Can I return my order after the return period?
Please notify us of your intention to return an item within the applicable 14-day withdrawal period and send it back within the following 14 days.
If you miss this period, you are welcome to contact us to discuss whether an alternative solution is available.
Your statutory rights regarding defective or non-conforming products remain unaffected.
How long does a refund take?
Once you have notified us that you wish to withdraw from your purchase, we will issue your refund within 14 days.
We may withhold your refund until we have received the returned items or until you have provided proof that you have sent them back, whichever occurs first.
Your refund will be issued using the original payment method, unless you expressly agree otherwise.
If you return your entire order, we will also refund the original standard delivery costs. If you return only part of your order, the original delivery costs will not be refunded.
Once your refund has been processed, the time it takes to appear in your account may depend on your payment provider.
